Entries are due no later than 9pm Wednesday 3 September.
Skiing and Snowboarding entries are to be done separately, please make sure you use the correct form for your entry.
After Wednesday 3 September, entries can't be guaranteed and would be by negotiation, and will incur a late fee of $50.
After entering your entry details, you will be asked to make a payment by internet banking, or an invoice can be sent. Once the payment clears, your entry will be confirmed.
Should a restriction of entry numbers be necessary, the entries accepted for the competition will be based on the date (and time) of the receipt of the entry and entry fee paid.

There are two parts to the entry fee - the team fee and individual competitor fees.
Entry (before 9pm Wednesday 3 September)
Team Fee (for 4 or more entrants) $50 note: there is no team fee for only 1-3 entrants from a school
Individual - one event (Giant Slalom or Slopestyle) $60 per entrant
Individual - two events (both GS and Slopestyle) $90 per entrant
A 4-Day Anytime Lift Pass can be purchased for the Team Manager, the Course Assistant, up to 8 competitors, up to 2 reserves, and up to 2 spectators. The cost of this pass is $210. Passes should be purchased with the entry. The passes are valid for any four days during the 2025 season at Tūroa Ski Field.
Entries received after Wednesday 3 September will incur a $50 late fee.
An admin fee of $20 will be applicable for any team changes.
Schools may enter as many skiers and snowboarders as the wish. Separate entries must be done for skiing and snowboarding. Please enter your Giant Slalom competitors in order of ability.
Competition will be in four divisions:
Senior Boys 16 year old and older on 30 June 2025
Senior Girls 16 year old and older on 30 June 2025
Junior Boys Under 16 years old on 30 June 2025
Junior Girls Under 16 years old on 30 June 2025
The Giant Slalom team/school competition is decided on up to five (5) of the best individual points from each school from any gender and/or age.
The Slopestyle team/school competition is decided on up to three (3) of the best individual points from each school from any gender and/or age.
Schools may enter as many snowboarders as the wish. Entries are to be done through the Enter Here For Snowboarding link below.
Competition will be in six divisions:
Intermediate Boys - Year 7-8
Intermediate Girls - Year 7-8
Primary Boys - Year 5-6
Primary Girls - Year 5-6
Primary Boys - Year 1-4
Primary Girls - Year 1-4
The team/school competition is decided on up to three (3) of the best individual points from each school from any gender and/or age.
In the event of the competition being cancelled before it starts due to circumstances beyond the control of the management committee (eruption or no snow for example), entry fees will be refunded less the $50 team fee to cover any accrued costs (administration, equipment hire, staffing, etc). Refunds will not include any late entry fees or team change admin fees.
Should the event be cancelled, you will be able to use the 4-day Anytime Pass later in the season. There is no refund for the 4-day Anytime Pass if you use it at all.
